In our Latin themed dance classes (Zumba), you'll sweat, laugh and get a full-body cardio workout that will leave you wanting to come back.

Strength training classes are an important component of a fit life and we make them available upon request. The combination of our Cardio and Strength programs provides a comprehensive fitness experience that will make you stronger and better conditioned to tackle the challenges of life.
